Subj : Using CTRL U "2 C" SOURCE

Howdy! Paul,

One of the Keyboard "Tricks" I've learned while reading BBS Messages
was using CTRL U in Firefox while reading a web page to Open a New Tab that
showed the SOURCE of that web page.

I mainly been using it to "Find" Addresses that show up in NoScript
List of Addresses that want to be ALLOWED so the web page will do what
I wanted it to do when I Clicked on a spot on the page.

There are a lot of Options in the NoScript List.

I've learned to Temporary Allow a few things I see - such as:

JQuery    and    Cloudflare.

I still Temporary Allow those two on web pages I'm looking at  even
though I feel they ought to be set to the Allowed setting in NoScript.

If You or Any Other reader of this message think or know of SAFE Addresses
that I should Set to the "ALLOW" setting, I would be very pleased to
know of any.

My "Thoughts" about only Temporary Allowing Addresses in NoScript is that
I want to be very cautious what I would ALLOW ALWAYS, because of those
knowledgeable folks who know more about the working of computers and of the
internet than I will ever learn, and who ENJOY interrupting other folks
pleasure when they go look at web pages and find out the page can't be
accessed or the page messes with the users computer because of the visit.

I don't want to ALLOW everything in NoScript's List in case one of them
that I've ALLOWED got messed with.

I looked through my saved messages and saw it was some 5.5 Years ago when
You told Me about using CTRL U .

I've Thanked You earlier but thought to say Thank You to You again since
the past few months I have been looking through the SOURCE to learn what
needs Me to Temp. Allow and what isn't referenced on the web page I want
to look at.

I am not a HTML Programmer, I can write a simple .BAT File and have learned
to do some things in DOS BASIC, such as having a Menu in the BASIC Program
to select whether I want the Output to go to the Screen OR Printer OR A File.

Just a lot of simple things that a computer can do.

I haven't used BASIC for ages but I don't 'think' I've forgoten how to use it
YET.

I believe Sean Dennis  recommended I try using Ghostery vs. NoScript.

I got the Ghostery Add-On for Firefox but I thought NoScript was easier
for my internet use and gave up on trying to learn how to use Ghostery.
