You already can define how they are divided into topics, by using the Network
Addresses.

If you want to separate them from FidoNet, try to make a UseNet category in
your Network Addresses and assign that address to those bases.  In other words:

    Address: Your FidoNet address
     Domain: fidonet
    Primary: No
Description: UseNet Newsgroups

Then assign that address to your newsgroup bases.  They should show up within
a category called "UseNet Newsgroups" in the listing after that.
