on my ?ubuntu boxen, if i type in (eg) netstat and it doesn't exist, it'll come
back and tell me that i can install it via "sudo apt-get install blah" where
"blah" is the package name...

i've never really gotten the hang of using the command line tools to search
for what package installed what item or provide an item... uncle google
generally comes to the rescue in those cases, though ;)
