You will only need a FOSSIL driver if the door itself requires one.  I don't
know if OOII needs one or not, but I suspect it doesn't.  There might even be
a setting in the door configuration to select fossil or not.

Unfortunately, I haven't used MBSE or OOII specifically so I can't help you
much more than that.
