Subj : Watching VIMEO Videos

A while back I read some Help sections on VIMEOs web pages to find out
why every time I try to watch a video made by someone who posts their
video at VIMEO I see a Black Screen with a message on it saying the
computer I'm using can't watch the video.

I use a 32-bit Windows XP SP3 pc with 3 GB RAM.

I allow VIMEO options that NoScript shows in it's drop down box.

Besides telling me to get a Modern Day Computer, what do I need to do?
