IHMO: The Somalis in Minnesota got complacent and let their fraud get too big
to hide or cover up. But that's normal for organized crime.  And the Left
claims the Corporate greed is bad.

I belive this has happened for the most part.  There are only a few holdouts
left.  The rest simply can't think for themselves.
