well windows 7 64bit have 32bit cmd.exe :)

even there is some apps that is not native 64bit yet :(, and shit happens with 
chrome is still 32bit on a windows 7 64bit, hey explore 64bit wins here over 
chrome from google at this point

recomanditions for windows 64bit is http://www.gpsoft.com.au/ directory opus, 
and script it from there, i bet there is friends there will help it runs 64bit 
:)
