         Not heard of LHICE...oh wait...maybe I have...years
         ago...there was a program that was like IDC awhile
         back that did a bunch of formats..maybe that
         was it...

         I went from LZH, ARCE, Zip, Arj so not used lzh
         myself in probably 20 years :)
