I am writing a cdrom database util for the bbs and need some help with a 
couple of areas.

I have got working routines that access the mscdex to find the first cdrom 
drive and also the number of drives....

I need to be able to have procedures that will determine if the cd is Data or 
Audio and also to read the Volume label / serial numbers from the disk and to 
read the VTOC from the disk.
