I want to port this function from Delphi to FreePascal,
the {$IfOpt O+} doesn't seem to work in FreePascal:
 
 
function CompilerOptimizationS: String;
  begin
   Result:= 'Compiler optimization is ' +
   {$IfOpt O+}
   'enabled'
   {$Else}
   'disabled'
   {$EndIf}
