I am sorry for the long silence. I have made available TSPOOL recently. It can 
be found on my homepage: http://www.aha.ru/~igrek. VP/2 source code included.

I have not made available my version of TIMER0.SYS yet... Really I think it 
shouldn't be done. It's functionality differs very little from the Timur Tabi's 
original version. Instead, I plan to merge TIMER0.SYS into CLOCK0x.SYS. IMHO it 
will be quite better to hook on RTC interrupt rather than on HRT0 one. This can 
result in remaining PerfView, DosTmrXXXX services and DOS box timer 
functionality in addition to all TIMER0 services.
