I'm not running FrontDoor, ViaMail does my tossing, but it
works great under Warp3 with SIO v1.60d.

You've got v00.sys in your VDM's "device" settings?

Did you try telling FrontDoor to *not* use a fossil?  SIO
should be able to fake out a DOS program into thinking it's
a real serial port without a problem.
