Greetings Eric!

   A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, a coded message from Eric Van 
Hyfte to Don Guy was intercepted...

Simple--it never occurred to me.  Native OS/2, combined with REXX, has all the 
features which I need.  The only reason why a need for a DOS equivalent of 
sleep() has come up, is that I am trying to set up my system to toss mail when 
it is up under Win98.
