They can go in the flags.. INA and IEM (or attached to the mailer flags)
the 157 limit  though may meed that there is less room got other fields
like sysop name, location, and system namee.

so is attaching data to flags,
possibly in the future they'll work out a multi-line format so there;s more
room, or maybe go to a totally different format.
