I haven't tested this myself, but, yes, I think entering the settings of the message base and exporting it to the other system should do the trick.

At least there are some text references inside the mis binary ("Mystic BBS/QWK Gate v1.12 A48 2022/04/03 (Linux/64)" which indicates some kind of "gating" capability.
