Just about any e-mail provider which accepts SMTP message submission should work, I think. However -- if I recall correctly -- when speaking to the SMTP server, Mystic will say: MAIL FROM: ....and it will also (in the message headers, i.e., as part of the message data) state: From: ....where yourbbsdomain.here is the value of Servers --> General Options --> Domain Name. This might cause some e-mail services to refuse the message -- even though Mystic authenticates itself to the SMTP server using the credentials from Servers --> General Options --> SMTP Login and Servers --> General Options --> SMTP Password. I know Microsoft's outlook.com e-mail service refuse such messages, for example. In my case, I had to configure Mystic to submit the e-mails to my locally-listening-and-relaying SMTP server on my Linux box instead, and have that one rewrite sysop@scbbs.nsupdate.info in the message data to match the actual e-mail address of the outlook.com account... And let it relay the e-mail to outlook.com, authenticating with the outlook.com account credentials. So there might be some pitfalls, but in any case, it's worth trying out another e-mail provider.
