Is the echomail set to Normal or Crash for the node?
Do you have a packet to send or just a .clo file in the folder? If yes to the
latter then check you have ZIP installed or set your echomail node to raw
uncompressed packets (i.e. remove ZIP from echomail node setup for 4:801/188)
