Hi all,

I am new to Mystic and am setup as a point on FidoNet and a node on MetroNet. 
I'm receiving messages just fine, but when it comes to sending outbound 
messages, it's not working.  I can see in the logs that they're getting packed
but it doesn't look like the files are being sent.  Here's my outbound event
settings:

Event Type: Semaphore
Shell: mutil mail.ini|fidopoll send|mutil mail.ini
Semaphore: echomail.out|netmail.out
Kill After: echomail.out|netmail.out

My mail.ini is set to export and import echomail, pack message bases, and link
messages.

I can send netmail and it seems to work because my AreaFixes have worked.  Any
idea as what I need to check?
