Hello all,
Anyone have recommendations for a .TIC file anounce utility for Mystic for
Windows x64? 
I have tried TinyTic but everone of the .zip packages are for Linux even
though the doc says that the windows version is included, but its not.
Looking for anything. 
Mystic processes the .TICs and files in to the files areas just as it should
but no announce capabilities that I can find.
