Do you have Mystic set up to send outbound mail when it is available (mis poll
send or fidopoll send is called whenever new mail is waiting to send?)

Since you have the node configured in your echomail nodes it sounds like you
want to go set the "Crash" flag in the echomail nodes for that node.  It is the
flag that tells the mailer to send "now" rather than waiting.
