The logs said you have no value set at all for your auto-create prefix.  I
can't see your configuration but make sure you're executing the correct .ini
file and that you have the value set properly, that MUTIL has access to read
the values, etc.

I use auto-create here and its working for me so thats as much as I know at
the moment.  I haven't had a chance to set up a test on the Linux side.
