Hmm, Freq is not the most convenient way for me, binkd doesn't have it built
in, and I haven't got around to scripting it.  I have done it once manually,
but the reading and fiddling time wasn't worth the hassle.

Ahh, OK, might have to go fishing around.

Yep, found it on Sourceforge - version 2.10 now. :)  Looks like it might do
what I want, just have to get my head around the configs, which might be a job
over the next few days. :).
