Subj : Including local nodelist segment in nodelist merge

I'm responsible for a local Net/Host segment in another msg network. I would
like to have the changes I make to the local control file included in the
Mystic nodelist on the day that I make the changes (as opposed to waiting
until the updated zone list arrives on Friday. Im using makeNL for segment
creation.

How can I do this?
