Subj : ExportEchoMail output missing

hi, when i run mutil to ExportEchoMail, it looks fine and nothing abnormal is
in log. but when i check echomail/out/primary, the *.clo file is there but
the file referenced by *.clo is NOT there... thus "./fidopoll send" does
nothing. Any idea?

mutil.log file is below. the file "0000ffff.th0" is not there.
