We have noticed that when Mystic is tossing incoming mail to connected links it 
doesn't seem to be looking in the seen-bys. Even if a link is listed in the 
SEEN+BYs Mystic is still tossing that mail to the linked node anyway.

Aside from that that though I think all is well.. :)
