Greetings,

I finally was able to start over on the upgrade and I got the same result MIS
wont start.  However I was able to trap an error this time.  So what I did
was the "install replace c:\mystic" it upgraded without issue.

Starting mis with command prompt "MIS SERVER" gives me the following error

"ERROR: Data files do not match version of Mystic"

Now I am switching from 64 to 32bit versions, however I get the same error
running the 64 bit upgrade onto my actual setup of 64bit.  Any ideas?
