The "s20" in the access field for the "-V" email validation entry is the
acces which the user must HAVE to use it not upgraded to. You will need to
write a simple validation script to upgrade the user to the desired security
level (MPY format below):

bbs.upuser(20) # to upgrade to s20

In the menu command after the email validation, something like this:
Command: "upuser" ; Upuser.mpy script above
Data: 
Access: OV ; Will only run if they successfully validated their email
