I am the RC of a few nets and im converting from BBBS to mystic and i have 
got all my downlinks and msg and file areas added but i tryed to add all my
Downlinks to all msg and file areas but its not working i am useing the 
Global command but its not working i am running debain linux 9.8 i belive and
mystic 1.12 witch i belive is the newest what am i missing?
