AMFV, Bureaucracy, Nord and Bert and Trinity were all Z-version 4 games. Try 
BUREAUCR, NORDANDB or TRINITY with their own .COM interpreters.

If one of those works, it's easy to modify the .com file for AMFV: simply open 
it in a binary editor and you'll see the string "BUREAUCR". Change it to "AMFV  
  " (four spaces) and you should be good to go.
