I have a version of frotz I modified for safe use as a BBS door, you can get it
here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/frotzdoor/

Its very important to NOT run the stock frotz as it normally allows filesystem
access... That version includes settings for synchronet, but if mystic allows
shell commands as doors you should be able to get it working using the
synchronet example...
