Has anyone noticed any weirdness with the latest iplocation.bin? Everytime
someone logs in the country reported is always different even though their ip
is the same.

For example, I have a static IP and everytime I login my country is never the
same. I have seen Brazil, North Korea (I know) and even Liechtenstein.
