I run my Mystic BBS under Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Server (Linux) and have a few
networks connected.

I don't know what this policy document is for that you mention, but if you
want to learn more about what Mystic can do, either look at the videos
mentioned above or hit up: http://wiki.mysticbbs.com
