You're probably looking for FIDOPOLL.EXE :) To send all outgoing mail type 
"FIDOPOLL.EXE SEND" or to poll everyone type "FIDOPOLL.EXE FORCED" and to see 
all options (help) just type "FIDOPOLL.EXE"

Of course you must be in the Mystic home folder (usually /mystic)
