i have to delete the files and perform an rescan - there's no other option left
at least for me. may be it's not the best way, but that worked for me in the
past.

i think it pops up around 100 times a year if you count every single echo that
broke.

a long time i thought the reason why it happend are some german chars that are
very uncommon like ���. but some very active z-netz echos that i get from a
newsgroup server (darkrealms bbs gate) that are also in german didn't broke
and they have some very nasty iso/utf encoding mass up - but the echos are not
broken.

i know from the past, that the blackice bbs have a very heavy usage compared
to other mystic boards. but in this case i think not. i know the fluph bbs have
more than 14 msg-network like i have at this time.

i don't fix the echos are not working yet with me method, in the hope some one
will investigate the files or what ever is todo. it would be great if g00r00
could do, or some one else how is very involved into the mystic msg-system.

if you want to have a look inside pls tell me which files are needed. i will
upload them to my bbsindex.de server that ppl can take a closer look to it.
