There may not be a way with the current Mystic, which I do _not_ run.  As 
Robert Wolfe said, it used to work with version 1.07 Mystics.  I used to use...

  M:\MYSTIC\mystic.exe -B%B -N%n -TID%h

...with my Radius mailer (and still do, BTW).  ['-B' tells Mystic some other 
program is starting it.  '-N' gives the node number to use.  I think '-TID' is 
the "socket" rather than a COM port... I forget... this _is_ all telnet only, 
and I discovered all this over 15 years ago.  I've had a few sleeps since 
then.]

It may still work,,, no guarantees.  ;)
