Subj : Mystic BBS Windows Server Wont Start

I have setup and got working Mystic BBS for Windows v1112a38 how ever twice now 
it has after about a day stopped working. When I go to restart the server 
program its window will pop up for a quick 1/2 second then close.  The nodespy 
will work, the config 
utility will work but not the actual "mis.exe SERVER".

I have tried to replace the data, msgs, menus etc folders with backups of when 
it was working. I even tried to replace the mystic.dat file in the root folder 
with a working copy and still it wont work.

I have found that I have to start with a fresh install of Mystic then copy over 
my data, msg, menus, logs folders along with the mystic.dat file then it will 
work like nothing happened.

This is a pain so I would love to know if anyone knows what is causing my 
initial problem where the mis.exe program wont start the server all of a 
sudden. 

Currently I am running it on a windows 7 32bit environment, the first time this 
issue happened I was running it on a windows 10 64 bit environment for what 
that is worth.
