It really depends on my mood...  

When I want to keep my stress level down, I go for country.  I enjoy a good 
deal of country tunes..

I also like heavy rock/metal tunes.  Been listening to Alterbridge "ABIII" and 
Arch/Maetheos a good deal lately.  I also like Filter, Godsmack, Chevelle, and 
many unsigned bands that I have discovered on Internet radio.
