It's possible that I may have the exact distribution image sitting around 
somewhere, but those discs are a few thousand miles away and I'm not easily 
able to go sift through them.

I do, however, have a copy of the full CVS tree for the project handy, so I 
could theoretically extract a copy of the sources circa 3.01. Is there 
something specific you're hoping to see?
