This is a quote from the Secret Service sketch from Live at Drury lane

Can anybody explain to me exactly what is meant by catle-pin-alsterfire I have 
cut and pasted the text from the stone dead site so it should be correct

Interviewer : Well that’s no good we don’t want ruskies in the secret service, 
it wouldn’t be secret, out you go then……….smith and wessen 42 new revolver 
catle-pin-alsterfire, you know that when they bought that gun out (sound of a
