The echo is still here, but I do not know if Charles still follows the echo or
not.  Just in case, I forwarded a copy of your message to him to see what he
can do, if ANYTHING, about that.  
 
Do you see this issue when someone connects to a binkit system using version
2.31 of Internet Rex?
