      Title: Sloppy Joe Under A Bun

      Yield: 8 servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Ground beef
 15 1/2 oz Can sloppy joe sauce
      2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
      2 c  Biscuit/baking mix
      2 lg Eggs; room temp, lightly
           - beaten
      1 c  Milk
      1 tb Sesame seeds
 
  In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium
  heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in sloppy joe
  sauce. Transfer to a lightly greased 13x9-in. baking
  dish; sprinkle with cheese.
  
  In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, eggs and milk
  just until blended. Pour over cheese; sprinkle with
  sesame seeds. Bake, uncovered, @ 400oF/205oC for 25
  minutes or until golden brown.
