      Title: Easy Cheesy Biscuits
 Categories: Breds, Cheese, Dairy, Chilies
      Yield: 12 servings
 
      3 c  A-P flour
      3 ts Baking powder
      1 tb Sugar
      1 ts Salt
    3/4 ts Cream of tartar
    1/2 c  Cold butter
      1 c  Shredded sharp Cheddar
           - cheese
      1 cl Garlic; minced
    1/2 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
  1 1/4 c  Milk
 
  Set oven @ 450ºF/232ºC.
  
  In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar,
  salt and cream of tartar. Cut in butter until mixture
  resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cheese, garlic and
  pepper flakes. Add milk; stir just until moistened.
  
  Drop dough by heaping 1/4 cupfuls 2 in. apart onto a
  greased baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until
  golden brown. Serve warm.
