      Title: Special Pork Chops

      6    Boneless pork chops; 6 oz
           - ea
      1 tb Oil
     16 oz Jar salsa
 
  In a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, brown
  the pork chops in oil; drain off any fat. Pour salsa
  over chops. Bake, uncovered, @ 350ºF/175ºC, 20-25
  minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
