      Title: Baked Sweet Potato Fries
 Categories: Five, Potatoes, Chilies, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 lg Sweet potatoes; in thin
           - batons
      2 tb Canola oil
      1 ts Garlic powder
      1 ts Paprika
      1 ts Kosher salt
    1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
 
  Set oven @ 425oF/218oC.
  
  Combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Spread fries in a
  single layer on 2 baking sheets. Bake until crisp, 35-40
  minutes. Serve immediately.
