      Title: Lobster Rolls

      Yield: 8 servings
 
      1 c  Chopped celery
    1/3 c  Mayonnaise
      2 tb Lemon juice
    1/2 ts Dill weed
      5 c  Diced cooked lobster meat
      8    Hoagie rolls; split,
           Toasted
 
  In a large bowl, combine the celery, mayonnaise, lemon
  juice and dill weed. Gently stir in lobster. Serve on
  rolls.
