      Title: Chocolate Chip Brownies
 Categories: Cookies, Desserts, Chocolate, Snacks, Nuts
      Yield: 48 servings
 
      1 c  Butter, softened
      3 c  Sugar
      6 lg Eggs; room temp
      1 tb Vanilla extract
  2 1/4 c  A-P flour
    1/2 c  Baking cocoa
      1 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 c  Semisweet chocolate chips
      1 c  Vanilla or white chips
      1 c  Chopped walnuts
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and
  fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt;
  gradually add to creamed mixture just until blended
  (do not overmix).
  
  Pour batter into 2 greased 9" square baking pans.
  Sprinkle with chips and nuts. Bake until a toothpick
  inserted in the center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes.
  Cool.
