      Title: Southern Pimiento Cheese Spread
 Categories: Five, Cheese, Vegetables, Breads
      Yield: 4 servings
 
  1 1/2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
      4    Ounces) diced pimientos;
           - drained, fine chopped
    1/3 c  Mayonnaise
           Assorted crackers
 
  Combine cheese, pimientos and mayonnaise. Refrigerate
  for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
