      Title: Sweet Cherry Salsa
 Categories: Fruitsd, Herbs, Chilies, Citrus, Breads
      Yield: 24 servings
 
      3 c  Sweet cherries; stemmed,
           - pitted, chopped
    1/4 md Red onion; fine chopped
    1/4 c  Cilantro; rough chopped
      2 tb Extra virgin olive oil
      1 tb Fresh lime juice
      1 tb Fresh orange juice
      1    Jalapeno; temmed, seeded,
           - fine chopped
           Multigrain pita chips
 
  Combine cherries, onion, cilantro, olive oil, lime and
  orange juice in a large bowl. If desired, add jalapeno.
  Stir to combine. Serve with pita chips.
