      Title: Best Cannoli Dip
 Categories: Five, Cheese, Chocolate
      Yield: 1 Quart
 
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
      1 c  Whole-milk ricotta cheese
      1 ts Vanilla extract
      1 c  Confectioners' sugar
    1/2 c  Miniature semi-sweet
           - chocolate chips
 
  In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, ricotta and vanilla
  until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar.
  Stir in chocolate chips. If desired, garnish with
  additional chips.
