      Title: Charoset
 Categories: Fruits, Nuts, Wine, Herbs
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      3 md Gala or Fuji apples; peeled,
           - fine chopped
    1/2 c  Fine chopped walnuts;
           - toasted
      2 tb Sweet red wine
      2 tb Sugar
      1 ts Ground cinnamon
           Matzo crackers; opt
 
  In a large bowl, toss apples and walnuts with wine. Mix
  sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apple mixture and toss
  to combine.
  
  Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour before serving. If desired,
  serve with matzo crackers.
